La band, leggenda dello street punk britannico, ha riportato il loro numeroso pubblico in quelle atmosfere anni ’70 ispirate dalla classe operaia, facendolo scatenare e cantare con loro. E la voce di Tim V, carismatica e ribelle, non ha fatto certo mancare lo storico frontman Jimmy Pursey.
Ad aprire gli Sham 69 sono stati i livornesi Lupe Veléz.

It was a punk Saturday night, the last one at The Cage Theatre in Livorno, with Sham 69 and Tim V on stage.
The band, a legend of British street punk, drove its audience to certain 70s atmospheres inspired by the working class life, making everybody get wild and sing together with the band. And Tim V‘s charismatic and rebellious voice succeeded in making Jimmy Pursey‘s absence go almost unnoticed.
Open act for Sham 69 was the band Lupe Veléz, from Livorno.
