Archy Marshall, in arte King Krule, pubblica “Half Man Half Shark”, il terzo estratto dal suo attesissimo album “The OOZ” in uscita il 13 ottobre su XL Recordings/True Panther Sound.
Allo stesso tempo furiosa e completamente convincente, “Half Man Half Shark” cerca un realismo che ricorda il precedente singolo “Dum Surfer”, trasportando l’ascoltatore in un terrificante viaggio di distruzione mentale dove “simplest soft thoughts become menacing/ twisted raw adrenaline/ racing through my bones, racing through my body”, e termina nella preghiera ‘brother, brother/ I’ve only got two fighting hands”. “Half Man Half Shark” è l’ennesimo esempio di ciò che rende unico King Krule.
“The OOZ” è il secondo album di King Krule e segue l’acclamato debutto “6 Feet Beneath the Moon”(2013). Marshall ha anche collaborato con suo fratello Jack in “A New Place 2 Drown”. Dopo essersi esibito in tutti i festival più importanti, tra cui il Primavera Sound di Barcellona e il FYF in California, King Krule arriva ai Magazzini Generali di Milano il 28 novembre.
